Yesterday I came across with another interesting property of the number 2. I thought of sharing it.
The problem is to express all ten digits , in each case using the number 2 five times and no other number. You are allowed to use the symbols for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and the conventional method of writing fractions.
Here is the answer :
2 + 2 - 2 - 2/2 = 1
2 +2 +2 +-2 - 2 = 2
2 +2 - 2 +2/2 = 3
2 x 2 x 2 - 2-2 = 4
2 +2 + 2-2/2 = 5
2 +2 +2 + 2-2 = 6
